Between the Brava and João Fernandes neighbourhoods, close to the avenue and the most traditional beaches: Azeda, Azedinha, Ossos, Brava, Forno, Foca and João Fernandes are accesable to go walking. The Orla Bardot, offers the opportunity of going back to the times of the fishermen´s village, and relax in some of their bars and restaurants. The downtown is located at about 700 metres.
There is parking inside with room for two cars with a remote controlled gate. It is also safe to leave the car outside.
The house – built in 2016– has four suites, living-room, dining-room, full kitchen and a social toilette. Also, a wide and cozy deck with a barbeque in front of the garden and the swimming pool. All of the suites, two of them on the basement level and the other two on the upper floor, have private bathrooms, air conditioners and ceiling fans, as well as a big closet to put away clothes and luggage. The two suites on the first floor and one on the second floor, have a balcony, and the other suite on the second floor has sea view. The wide garden has a lots of plants and fruit trees. There are three markets and a grocery store in the neighbourhood
